TalentStream Romania's recruitment model consists of an innovative combination of psychometric instruments developed by Human Synergistics and the competency based interviewing technique (STAR):

  • Exploring the recruitment needs and understanding the role
  • The Hiring Manager fills in the "Life Styles Inventory" (LSI) questionnaire
  • Research begins, generating and approaching candidates, organising interviews, potential candidates fill in the "Life Styles Inventory" (LSI) questionnaire. Presenting the shortlist
  • Organising client-candidate interviews
  • Conducting debrief sessions with the Hiring Manager regarding the cultural fit of the candidates with the organization and role
